It's such a beautiful thing when you're someone who doesn't normally ask for help, and yet the people around you show up and offer it anyway. Over the last few months, as we've been preparing for this move, a lot of really special things have been happening. And it's reminded me how connected life can feel when you allow others to be part of your process. And really, this is the same in business. There's a point where growth comes from letting others carry the vision with you. Hi, welcome to the podcast. I'm Sheila Botelho, and I believe true success is built from the inside out. This mini soda is designed to help you live into what lights you up this week. This move has brought up something I didn't expect. How deeply supported you can feel when you allow people in. Friends recommending buyers for our furniture, dropping off homemade granola, bringing keepsakes from our own town, and checking in on our son who's staying behind. It's all these little gestures that have made this season feel so much lighter, more connected, and really more human. We could have done every detail ourselves. We would have managed fine, but we would have missed the love that's been woven through every moment. And honestly, it's the same in business. There comes a point where the next level of growth that you're experiencing isn't about hustling harder or doing less. It's about letting others carry the vision with you. True delegation isn't just about handing off tasks, it's about letting someone else hold a piece of the energy, the intention behind what you're building. It's trusting that when someone's aligned with your mission, they're not just helping you execute. They're in fact expanding the impact of what you're creating. Because when one person is aligned with another and one mind meets another, something new comes alive. It's like a third creative energy that breathes momentum into your work. The ideas that have been sitting quietly in your notes tend to start taking form as you're meeting with someone else about this. You feel spacious again. And your business starts to move forward with a rhythm that feels natural instead of forced. That's what happens when you stop trying to be the only one who can hold the vision and instead become the kind of leader who invites others to build it with you. This week, maybe take a moment and ask yourself, where am I still trying to do it all on my own? And what could shift if I let someone else bring their gifts, ideas, and their energy into the picture? Because legacy isn't built in isolation. It's built in the moments of shared creation, in the conversations that remind you that you're not alone in bringing your purpose to life. If you're ready to expand your impact and empower your team so your business moves with more ease and momentum, go to the show notes, grab your vision map, and reach out to me. There's an area there where you can text me. Let's build your next season together with the right people by your side. Thanks so much for listening, and I'll see you on the next episode.
