you've been through the programs, you've tapped into mindset rewiring. You're doing the work. So why, in the middle of a spacious summer, does a quiet restlessness still tug at you? In today's mini-sode, I'm giving voice to the sacred craving behind that off feeling we sometimes have and sharing a five-minute prompt that could unlock your next wave of aligned momentum, without forcing anything new. It's time to up your creative oxygen. Hi, welcome to the podcast. I'm Sheila Botello. I'm committed to helping you reconnect to your purpose, elevate your wellbeing and build your version of a happy, successful life.
Sheila:Let's take a breath and let yourself land here for just a few moments. We're in that interesting part of the summer where everything feels both suspended and stirring. There's sunshine, slowness, maybe even more margin in your days, and yet something quietly hums beneath the surface. I know, I feel it, do you? It's like a question or maybe a tug. It's not loud, it doesn't demand anything, but it's there. And if you've been feeling a little bit restless or even just slightly off, I want to offer you this Maybe nothing's wrong, maybe something is simply ready, ready to emerge, ready to evolve, perhaps, or just ready to move. What I hear from people in this season, especially those who've done the inner work, who've created stability and structure, who are used to holding space for others. It's this quiet craving for something more electric, not in a hustle improve kind of way, but something more alive, more connected and real. It's not more content that they want, it's truly a feeling of wanting more resonance, more expression, maybe even more boldness, the kind that comes from deep self-trust and not needing to be seen, but just wanting to step out. So if you're feeling that tug, it might not be about doing something new. It might be about giving voice to something you've already known for a while, that idea that keeps circling its way back to you, that creative spark that you kept pushing forward to someday, or that intuitive nudge to change something big or small in how you show up, lead or live.
Sheila:And what I've noticed is sometimes what's next doesn't announce itself with a bang. Have you ever found that? Sometimes it just arrives as a subtle, sacred invitation? So will you let it be easier, will you let it feel better and will you stop performing the version of success that no longer fits you? So here is your invitation. This week.
Sheila:I have a mini reflection practice for you. Just take five minutes, just five, and ask yourself what feels most true for me right now, what wants more space, even if it's inconvenient, and what would feel like pure creative oxygen for you this week. Take those five minutes, write it down and let it come through stream of consciousness no filters, no edits and then listen. You don't have to act on it at all, but noticing it is where the momentum can begin for you. This is how your next season begins Not with a strategic plan, but with a sacred noticing, a gentle but powerful return to what truly lights you up.
Sheila:I'm going to be diving deeper into this on Thursday's episode, where we'll explore how to realign your day-to-day with the version of success that really feels most alive for you right now, especially as we prepare to shift into a new season. And also, something exciting is in the works for this podcast a soulful little refresh that's going to take everything we've been doing here and bringing it to a whole new level. So stay tuned and until then, follow that quiet fire inside of you, because it knows the way. Thanks so much for tuning in, and if this spoke to you, share it with someone that you love. Send me a message. I really enjoy hearing what is landing for you. Have a beautiful rest of your week. Big blessings.
