Sheila:

Your business will only thrive as much as you do. The app provides tools and strategies to help you build a business rooted in clarity, focus and well-being. This app is a foundational space for building a business from a place of self-care, strength and clarity. The most powerful organizations are only as powerful and healthy and well as the leader of those organizations, and in your case, this means you. It's your business, your business depends on you, and that's why I've created a space for you to access resources, connect with me between sessions and gain support in a new way. Welcome to this live session, and today we're going to talk about how to experience more presence, pleasure, focus and clarity while pursuing your big, bold business dreams. I'm Sheila Botelo, an entrepreneur, self-care strategist and creator of the Season Self-Care app, and my mission is to help you reconnect with your purpose, align with what truly matters and achieve success in a way that feels good and sustainable.

Sheila:

I've worked for many years in wellness, transformation and personal development spaces, and I've noticed something many of us face when building a business when we're starting out or even when we're scaling our business can become all-consuming. It feels like a business baby that demands all of our time, all of our focus and energy too. So while this focus is necessary at times, it often comes at the expense of other parts of our life, like our relationships or health. There's nothing wrong with periods of deep focus, especially when launching or growing a business. However, it becomes a problem when it becomes the norm. When your business takes over your life, you may miss opportunities to grow with ease, to delegate effectively or even to step back and reassess where your energy is best spent. There are so many ways to approach business today. Technology is constantly evolving, creating endless options, but this can also lead to overwhelm. That's why clarity about your goals and how you want to feel while pursuing them is so critical. So aligning your actions with your intuition and values ensures that your growth feels resonant and sustainable.

Sheila:

My work shifted towards self-care a decade ago, inspired by my sister's journey. Her story continues to guide me, and while she wasn't building a business, she was raising a family and had many dreams that she hoped to pursue, and toward the end of her life, she shared reflections about what she wished she'd done differently. Her insights led me to conversations with other women who have big, bold dreams for their businesses and lives, but they also feel stuck or unable to prioritize them amidst life's demands. So many women I've worked with feel weighed down by societal programming or beliefs about what it takes to succeed. These outdated models often encourage us to overwork, push harder, sacrifice ourselves in the process, but I've found that rest is a growth strategy. Rest creates clarity, renews energy and allows us to align our actions with what truly matters. Our lives and businesses are interconnected. They should support each other, not compete. So by stepping back, tuning in and reassessing our direction, we can then ensure that our businesses serve our lives, not the other way around. This shift inspired me to create a platform where women can pursue their goals with groundedness, ease and focus.

Sheila:

A couple of years ago, a friend suggested that I create an app and the idea stuck, and at first it felt like a daunting undertaking. But I found solutions through a company called Passion, and the result is the Seasons Self-Care app a space where you can track your goals, stay accountable and integrate self. You can track your goals, stay accountable and integrate self-care into your business strategy. This isn't just about business. It's about building a life that feels whole and aligned. The app also connects you with a community, because I know we grow better together.

Sheila:

Collaboration and shared experiences can provide clarity and momentum in ways that solo efforts often can't, and while you can go at your own pace, I love to approach coaching from a place of circular leadership. I'm not here to tell you what to do, but to create a space where your own solutions and strengths can emerge. Coaching is about uncovering what's already within you and turning it into actionable steps that lead to results. This is why self-care is at the heart of my work and why I created the Season Self-Care app. Your business will only thrive as much as you do. The app provides tools and strategies to help you build a business rooted in clarity, focus and wellbeing. This app is a foundational space for building a business from a place of self-care, strength and clarity. Life is a lot, and being an entrepreneur adds even more complexity. My goal is to help you live a nourishing life while building your business.
