How To Go From Chronically Stressed To Calm - Episode 277 with Lauren Charbonneau

Sheila Botelho

It’s interview day on the podcast and I’m so grateful to be able to share this grounding conversation with you!

As a Somatic Stress Release™ Practitioner + Coach, Lauren Charbonneau helps overwhelmed entrepreneurs + executives go from chronically stressed to calm by learning to work with their nervous systems.

Three years ago, while balancing running a business with single parenting an infant, she landed in the ER with stress-related high blood pressure – twice. After much trial and error in the world of self-help, she found rapid, powerful healing in somatic nervous system work and has since been on a mission to make those tools more widely known.

Lauren is also the Founder of Protagonist Career Solutions, a Boston-based executive resume writing agency in business since 2018, and has a 10-year background in the behavioral and integrated health fields.

We Covered:

  • How Lauren navigated her own overwhelm and chronic stress experience
  • How our nervous system signals the kind of self-care we need
  • Ways to get started with supporting one's nervous system
  • Creating rituals to support ongoing wellbeing
